What it is
Creatine and protein,
already in the coffee.
Nobody at fifty, sixty or seventy wants one more thing to remember in the morning. They want their coffee. So we put the two ingredients that matter into the cup they are already holding at six in the morning — no shaker bottle, no chalky drink, no third thing to remember.
Somewhere in your forties the body stops holding on to muscle the way it used to, and it keeps getting harder from there. Protein is the raw material it needs to hold the line — and most people get almost none of it at breakfast.
One of the most researched supplements in the world, and adults over fifty are the group it has been studied in most for strength and everyday energy. Five grams is the amount that shows up in that research.
Creatine only does its job if it is taken every single day. Coffee is the one thing nobody forgets — which is exactly why it belongs in the cup and not in a pill bottle by the sink.
For people who are going somewhere
Creatine that fits
in the suitcase.
This is the part most people miss. Creatine works on consistency — miss a week and you are building back up again. And a week is exactly what a trip is.
A tub of powder and a shaker bottle do not make it into the carry-on. A coffee bag does. One scoop in the hotel room cup, in the diner mug, in whatever they hand you at breakfast — and the streak holds through the whole trip.
Which matters, because the trip is when you need the legs.

The bag
One scoop.
Hot or iced.
Organic arabica, freeze-dried so it dissolves in seconds. Stir it into hot water like instant coffee, or into cold water over ice. It does not clump and it does not taste like a supplement.
48 servings a bag. One a day, so a bag is a month and the challenge is two.
Start the 60 days — $69Before the trip
You love travelling.
Now it asks more
of you.
The stairs at the station. The walk from the gate. The day that ends at nine at night instead of five. Nobody mentions that part when they hand you the itinerary.
Protein and creatine are two of the simplest ways to get ready for it — and sixty days is enough time to notice the difference before you go.
Creatine is not only for people who go to the gym. It is for anyone who wants to keep doing the things they already love doing.
Days is all the challenge takes. Put in the date you are travelling and we will tell you the day to begin.
The part nobody else gives you
Sixty days,
sixty small things.
The coffee shows up with a plan. Each morning there is one thing to do — most take under a minute. They get harder on purpose. Tap a day.
Stand up from your chair twice without using your hands. Count it. That is your number — everything from here is beating it.
If you are buying it for your parents
Do not send a
walking stick.
Send strength.
Plenty of people buy this for themselves. Plenty buy it for a parent. If that is you, here is the thing worth knowing: half the gift aisle for parents is built around the idea that they are winding down. This is the other kind of gift.
- The grab bar
- The pill organizer
- The orthopedic pillow
- Sixty days of getting stronger
Enjoy the trip. Enjoy it stronger.
Do it together.
It works better that way.

Before you ask
Questions.
Is this a diet or a workout program?
Neither. It is coffee plus sixty small daily prompts — standing up from a chair, a flight of stairs, a walk around the block. The kind of thing you can do in the kitchen before the cup is finished.
Am I too young for this? Too old?
Most people doing this are between fifty and seventy-five. Under fifty it still works, you will just feel less of a difference. Over seventy-five, start with the doctor conversation first.
My knee, my hip, my heart.
Then check with your doctor before starting, especially about creatine. We would rather you ask than guess.
Is not creatine for bodybuilders?
That is where it got famous, but it has been studied far more in people over fifty than in athletes. Same five grams, different reason.
How does it taste?
Like coffee with a little body to it. Real organic arabica, not a protein drink pretending.
Can I send it as a gift?
That is what most people do. Add a note at checkout and we will write it on the postcard.
What if they hate it?
Tell us within 30 days and we will refund it. Keep the bag.
