In 2020, Carlos León was diagnosed with testicular cancer. What followed was one of the most challenging years of his life — more than 20 rounds of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and the kind of physical and emotional battle that changes a person permanently.

He made it through.

During his recovery, Carlos began paying close attention to what he was putting into his body. Not out of obsession, but out of necessity. He noticed that what he ate — and what he didn't eat — had a measurable impact on how he felt, how he recovered, and how much energy he had to keep fighting. Food, he discovered, was not just fuel. It was medicine.

That conviction became the foundation of Earth Co Organics.
