In 2020, Carlos Leon was diagnosed with testicular cancer. What followed was one of the most challenging years of his life — more than 20 rounds of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and the kind of physical and emotional battle that changes a person permanently.

He made it through.

During his recovery, Carlos began paying close attention to what he was putting into his body. Not out of obsession, but out of necessity. He started noticing how much what he ate shaped how he felt day to day — his energy, his focus, his sense of well-being. That attention never went away.

That conviction became the foundation of Earth Co.

Afterward, Carlos set out to find the most effective functional ingredients science had to offer — adaptogens, functional mushrooms, prebiotics and postbiotics, and collagen.
